Returning your order
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Your order number must be clearly shown on your returns form or note. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on socks. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help.

Gumbies Limited does not cover the cost of return postage, but this does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning your order for a refund, the initial cost of postage (if paid) will be refunded.
You can return your item by any means you wish, but please remember to get proof of postage. We will not be held liable for missing or damaged parcels.

If you have misplaced or did not receive a returns form with your order you can download a copy here.
Alternatively, if you cannot print out a copy, please enclose a note with the following information:
- Order Number
- Name
- Address
- Telephone
- Reason for Return (Exchange*/Refund)
*If you’re exchanging, please state the Style/Size request.
Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which it was received and is resalable. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn, and items that have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
