Returning your order

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order. Your order number must be clearly shown on your returns form or note. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on socks. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us - we’re here to help.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are in the same condition in which they were received and are resalable. We will not accept worn items.

 Items that have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
