Our Pledge to You
At GUMBIES, we understand that reliable, comfortable, and durable footwear is essential for your satisfaction. We commit to providing high-quality flip-flops, sandals, sneakers, slippers, and boots, and we back this commitment with a 12 Month (one-year) warranty from the date of your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase on products that are in their original, unaltered, and unmodified state.
Limitations of Warranty
The following are not covered under our warranty:
Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.
Comfort issues or improper fit once items have been worn.
Products purchased from unauthorised dealers, including but not limited to online auction sites, liquidators, consignment shops, private sellers, sales samples, promotional or final sale items.
Defects caused by the transportation (other than the initial delivery from GUMBIES to the purchaser) or storage of the Product.
Damage to laces and lace hardware.
Products provided by GUMBIES to fulfil previous warranty claims.
Alterations and modifications.
Items that have not been cared for as per Gumbies cleaning recommendations.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Prepare all necessary documentation:
Product tag number or style name.
Colour & Size.
Description and photos of the defect, and a full image of the product and tag.
Date and place of purchase with proof (receipt or order confirmation).
Fill out the warranty claim form in detail and submit.
Our customer service department will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days.
Additional Terms
Refunds must be processed through the original purchaser.
Decisions made by GUMBIES regarding warranty claims are conclusive.
Replacement of products under warranty is at GUMBIES' discretion.
GUMBIES is not liable for any costs or damages due to loss of use of the product while under claim.
Warranty store credits are not eligible for use with sale or discounted items.
